• Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off as per roster)

Role summaryThe Property Advisor will advise clients on residential and commercial property purchases, manage inquiries and site visits, and drive successful closures for projects marketed by MAA DURGA PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED, while ensuring professional client service and relationship management.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle walk‑in, telephonic and digital leads; understand client requirements, budget and preferred locations.
• Recommend suitable projects/units, explaining features, pricing, payment plans and returns.
• Plan and conduct property/site visits with clients and address on‑site queries.
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into bookings and final sales.
• Stay updated on local real estate projects, pricing, offers and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams and developers on bookings, documentation and related formalities.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, visits and closures in CRM/Excel and submit reports to the reporting manager.

Desired candidate profile:

• MBA/PGDM from ICFAI Business School Kolkata (Marketing/Finance/Operations/General preferred).
• Fresher or up to 1–2 years’ experience in sales/financial products/real estate is an added advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi/Bengali, with a client‑oriented approach.
• Two‑wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving licence is mandatory for client meetings and site visits.
• Comfortable with targets, field work and regular client interactions.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is preferable.

Compensation and benefits:
CTC Range: ₹6,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 per annum, depending on candidate profile and selection performance.

Structure:

• 50% fixed salary (paid monthly).
• 50% variable, linked to sales performance and achievement of defined targets, as per company incentive policy.
• Reimbursements: Petrol/fuel expenses for official travel reimbursed on actuals against bills/claims as per company policy.
• Other benefits as per company norms.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,633.99 per month
