Job Description:

We are looking for a Property Adviser for a field-based role. The candidate should be responsible, well-organized, and ready to travel within Bangalore. This role involves assisting with rental property coordination, documentation, inspections, and basic property management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field visits for agreement submission (tenant & owner)
• Inspect “To Let” homes and apartments across the city
• Handle rent payments to property owners from the office
• Visit sites in case of maintenance issues or tenant complaints
• Manage Notary work and E-stamp documentation
• Coordinate with tenants, owners, and office staff as needed
• Keep proper records of visits and tasks completed

Requirements:

• Male candidates preferred
• Own bike and willingness to travel daily for field work
• Must have good knowledge of Bangalore locations and routes
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant field or property-related experience
• Graduate in any discipline
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
