Property Administrator - Part Time

You will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating with surveyors and contractors, and ensuring smooth property operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and lease-related matters. - Coordinate with surveyors, contractors, and property managers to ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and inspections. - Maintain property records, contracts, and relevant documentation. - Oversee budgeting and cost management for property-related expenses. - Conduct periodic property inspections and report on the condition of assets. - Assist in handling legal or regulatory matters related to overseas properties. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different time zones. - Oversee any property renovations which may be carried out from time to time. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in property management, administration, or a related field. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Fluency in English (spoken and written). - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Familiarity with international property laws and regulations is a plus.
