Property Accountant

Job Description: As a Property Accountant at Stemmons Business Services Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara, your primary responsibility will involve handling financial statements, journal entries, accounting, finance, and financial reporting. You will analyze financial data, prepare financial statements, manage journal entries, and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Monthly Financial Reports - Perform monthly journal entry preparation and uploads - Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements - Conduct bank reconciliations, researching and recording outstanding cash items - Maintain monthly schedules for recurring journal entries (Insurance, taxes, Depreciation/Amortization) - Calculate monthly accruals for contract services - Allocate monthly expenses between Mall and Tower - Review entries for Partners Interest - Prepare supporting schedules for the financial package - Analyze balance sheet accounts - Maintain a schedule of prepaid commissions - Post financial reports in the Internal portal and files Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting, and finance - Experience in preparing and analyzing journal entries - Proficiency in financial reporting - Required qualification: M.Com / CA Inter / MBA - Experience of at least 3+ years (inclusive of Article ship) Additional Information: If you have previous experience in the real estate industry, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and have excellent attention to detail, it will be beneficial for this role. Please note that the job location is in Vadodara (Gujarat), India, and the shift hours are either 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (IST).,
