Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Promoter Recruitment & Training

Recruit qualified promoters based on budget and store potential.
Design and deliver training sessions on product knowledge, customer engagement, and brand messaging in coordination with the training team.

2. Performance Management

Set and monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales or engagement targets.
Track promoter performance, attendance, and productivity.
Conduct regular reviews and provide actionable feedback.

3. Operational Oversight

Plan and schedule promoter deployments by region and store.
Coordinate with RQE for timely delivery of promotional materials, uniforms, and stocks.
Ensure compliance with brand presentation and conduct standards.

4. Campaign Support

Align promoter activities with marketing campaigns and product launches.
Track the effectiveness of promotions, demos, and sales outcomes.
Gather market insights and competitor intelligence for ongoing improvements.

5. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare reports on promoter performance, sales impact, and ROI.
Manage budgets and inventory for promoter programs.
Collect customer and market feedback for product and marketing enhancement.

Key Skills Required:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in data-driven performance tracking (Excel, Power BI, or CRM tools).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in budget planning and resource allocation.
