Job Title: Promoter – Flipkart Kilos (Bulk Grocery Project) Location: Multiple Hotspot Locations Job Type: Full-Time (8-Hour Duty) Employer: Actuaresource - (Math Creations (Marketing Partner for Flipkart) Project: Flipkart Kilos – Bulk Grocery Shopping Activation Job Description: We are hiring promoters for Flipkart’s latest initiative, “Kilos” – a bulk grocery shopping experience offering essential items at wholesale prices. Promoters will play a key role in customer engagement, order generation, and app-based order assistance at on-ground retail hotspots. Key Responsibilities: • Report to the assigned location between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM daily. • Submit selfie login and logout pictures with proper attire and location tag. • Engage walk-in customers and pitch Flipkart Kilos' offerings. • Assist customers in placing orders via the Flipkart app. • Ensure 4–5 valid orders per day (minimum basket ₹349 for new users, ₹500 for repeat users). • Share screenshots of completed orders from the customer's mobile with order ID and date clearly visible. • Submit daily Order IDs before 10:30 PM via the designated Google Form. • Provide hourly reporting of footfall, interactions, and order status. • Wear a Flipkart T-shirt and closed shoes throughout the duty. • Carry and distribute flyers at the hotspot. • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly. Eligibility Criteria: • Good communication and convincing skills. • Smartphone with internet access. • Basic knowledge of using apps and taking screenshots. • Ability to stand and work for 8 hours a day. • Well-groomed and presentable appearance. • Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated. What NOT to Do (Strictly Prohibited): • No self-orders, OTP orders, or website-based orders. • No multiple orders on the same device. • No fake or missing orders – strict action will be taken. • No use of slippers or open footwear. • No late reporting or non-submission of POA/order IDs. Key Performance Metrics: • Minimum 4–5 valid orders per day. • 100% timely reporting (POA, login/logout, hourly updates). • Zero fraud or IBND (Invalid/Bogus/Non-Derived) orders. • Positive customer engagement and grooming standards.
