About the role

As a Promo Writer you’ll craft short-form (≈ 2 min) and long-form (30-40 min) ad scripts for Facebook, TikTok and YouTube that hook U.S. listeners, drive installs and maximise retention. You’ll partner closely with video editors, sound engineers and assistant creative directors to transform your words into polished, high-impact creative assets, while iterating quickly on the back of performance data to keep CPI low and CTR / completion high.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging long- & short-form video ads: identify show hooks, weave compelling narratives and produce multiple high-retention scripts that promote our audio series
• Data-driven optimisation: analyse campaign metrics (CPI, CTR, retention, completion); run A/B tests and refine scripts for continuous performance lift
• Audience-centric writing: tailor tone, style and cultural references to resonate with American listeners and platform trends

Requirements

• 3+ years in copywriting or content creation focused on performance marketing, social-media ads or long-form digital storytelling
• Demonstrated ability to write high-conversion ad content and iterate using performance data
• Native grasp of U.S. audience behaviour and evolving trends on Facebook, TikTok and YouTube

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both long- and short-form storytelling
• Hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., AI video/image generators, voice cloning, LLM-assisted ideation) for faster promo-asset creation and iteration
