Description
You will be responsible for the Implementation/Execution of the Project (manufacturing facility) where you will be involved in the Installation & Commissioning of all Machineries, Equipments, Utilities, Piping, Mechanical, Engineering & preferably Electrification, Automation, etc. The machineries you will be working with include Reactors, filters, Resin columns, Nano-filtration, Spray Drier, Crystallizers, Distillation, Fermenters, Centrifuge, Vessels, Auto-clave, motors/pumps, etc. Additionally, you will handle Utilities like Boiler, MVR, ATFD, Chiller, Compressor, Cooling tower, RO, Fire, etc. Your responsibilities will also include Planning and carrying out schedule/routine maintenance of all machinery and utilities, ensuring safety (5S) & as per GMP standards, diagnosing faults, giving suggestions for improvement, responding to emergencies, keeping records of faults and maintenance, team management & training, budgeting, managing inventory, supervising contractors, engineering and technical team, creating & maintaining procedures & SOPs, as well as DQ, IQ, PQ, OQ of all machineries & equipments. You should have a Graduate/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of working experience in Projects & Maintenance at the ground level in API or Chemical Industry. It is essential to have good knowledge & understanding of engineering, mechanical & some knowledge of electrical. Being extremely proactive & an initiative taker, physically fit, non-smoker or tobacco chewing, and aged preferably between 30-40yrs but not exceeding 45 are also expected qualities.
