Job Description: Project & Production Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project & Production Coordinator with 3–4

years of experience in project planning, production control, and execution. The ideal

candidate should have strong coordination, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure

smooth operations from design to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate and follow up on all project activities to ensure timely execution.

 Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and timelines.

 Handle client interactions, including meetings, visits, and correspondence.

 Prepare project schedules and track progress against deadlines.

 Manage client communications through email and follow-ups.

 Oversee production planning, control, and assembly activities.

 Plan and allocate manpower, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

 Coordinate in-house and outsourced parts production within project budgets and

timelines.

 Conduct internal inspections and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) for machines.

 Collaborate with the power/electrical team for control panel activities.

 Take ownership of machines and materials from design to final dispatch.

 Lead and manage teams, ensuring smooth execution across departments.

 Oversee dispatch and billing processes.

 Monitor plant shortages and requirements (H-39 compliance).

 Identify, develop, and manage vendors while ensuring timely follow-ups.

 Share planning updates and guide junior team members.

 Ensure end-to-end responsibility for successful project delivery up to dispatch.

Qualifications & Skills

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automation (or related field).

 Experience: 3–4 years in project coordination, planning, and production control.

 Strong knowledge of project execution and production management.

 Excellent communication, client-handling, and interpersonal skills.

 Proven ability to manage teams and allocate resources effectively.

 Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

 Proficiency in MS Office / project management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
