Project/Design Manager/In charge

As a Project Manager at the company, your role will involve planning, managing, and delivering projects from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with design, procurement, QA, and fabrication teams - Monitoring project schedules, budgets, and resources - Leading cross-functional teams and third-party contractors - Ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations - Communicating project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders To qualify for this role, you should have experience in Electrical Transformer/ UPS/Battery Chargers/control panel design/fabrication or related electrical engineering fields. Retired personnel with experience in transformer design are welcome to apply, provided they can work from the plant full time. Additionally, having a PMP certification or equivalent is preferred. Skills in MS Project, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management are required, and a working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical or SolidWorks Electrical is a plus. Strong leadership and team coordination skills, along with an understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts, are essential. You should also be committed to quality, safety standards, and project delivery excellence.
