Project Warranty Manager

The Project Warranty Manager position based in Vadodara offers an exciting opportunity to join the international team at the After Sales & Service unit. As a Project Warranty Manager, you will play a key role in managing Warranty and Service projects for the Power Quality portfolio. Your responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact for customers, overseeing fault investigations, coordinating site activities, and nurturing customer relationships. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to address quality issues, drive operational and financial reporting, and promote continuous improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality. Additionally, you will collaborate globally with regional teams and local operation units to support customers worldwide and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. To qualify for this role, you should have a degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience, along with 10-15 years of experience in Transformer service and project management. A strong focus on HSE, quality, and integrity is essential, and you should demonstrate organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required, while knowledge of additional languages such as Swedish, Spanish, or German is advantageous. Previous experience in project management and/or the Energy Sector is also beneficial.
