Project Support Executive

About the Role:

We are urgently looking for a Project Support Executive who is proficient in English and comfortable working on computers. The role involves preparing project measurement sheets, maintaining Excel reports, and supporting internal coordination. The selected candidate will work closely with Production Manager and Planning Manager on day-to-day project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and maintain Excel sheets related to project measurements and calculations.

* Assist in preparing project reports, summaries, and documentation.

* Coordinate internally with project managers, site teams, and designers for timely updates.

* Follow up on project requirements, timelines, and task completion.

* Organize and update files, photos, and project data.

* Support Production Manager and Planning Manager in daily project operations and communication.

Required Skills:

* Good command of English (written & verbal).

* Strong computer skills (Excel, basic MS Office, email communication).

* Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reports.

* Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Any graduate (freshers can apply).

* Experience in Excel reporting or coordination roles will be an added advantage.

Additional Details:

* Immediate joining preferred.

* Training will be provided based on project requirements.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
