Job Title: Site Coordinator

Role Summary:

Responsible for coordinating with site engineers and technicians to manage daily attendance, expense vouchers, and project documentation. Ensures smooth communication between project sites and the head office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify daily attendance of site engineers and technicians.
• Receive and record expense vouchers, petty cash, and material usage from sites.
• Maintain site-wise documentation and update reports in Excel.
• Coordinate with project engineers for daily progress updates and manpower deployment.
• Submit attendance and expense data to accounts and HR for processing.
• Assist in logistics coordination for manpower, tools, and materials when required.
• Support project team in maintaining proper records and communication between office and site.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate (any discipline; commerce or administration preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years in site coordination or project support, preferably in ELV / MEP / contracting industry.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
