Project Support Coordinator

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proactively addressing their issues. You will coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met on time. Managing project timelines and ensuring adherence to scheduled milestones will be a key part of your role. You will oversee electrical underground cabling equipment, city gas pipeline understanding, and electrical substation coordination. Additionally, preparing and reviewing reports, proposals, and documentation related to project progress will be essential. Identifying and resolving client issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction is crucial. Supporting the sales and marketing team with customer insights and feedback will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications is a must. To qualify for this position, you should have an MBA in Customer Relations or Marketing. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in construction, real estate, or related fields is required. You should have an understanding of MEP systems, electrical cabling, city gas pipelines, and substations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are necessary. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is essential. A problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach is desired. Knowledge of project management tools and software is a plus. Prior experience in builder/real estate projects execution is preferred. Experience with electrical systems, gas pipelines, and substations will be an added advantage.,
