Project Supervisor (Hospitality Projects) Location: Mumbai (with travel to other cities as per project requirements) Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site / Field-Based Department: Projects & Infrastructure About the Role: We are looking for Project Supervisors to oversee on-site activities for new projects, renovations, or refurbishments of our restaurants across the country. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in project execution, vendor coordination, and quality control especially within the hospitality sector. This is a field role that requires frequent travel within the city and occasionally to other cities as per project needs. Key Responsibilities: Supervise end-to-end execution of interior and civil work at project sites Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure timelines and quality standards Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory norms at all sites Track daily progress, resolve site issues, and report updates to the Project Manager or Head Projects Verify material deliveries and inventory on-site Assist in obtaining local permissions and ensuring compliance with all regulations Travel to various sites based on project allocation Maintain project documentation and prepare regular progress reports Required Qualifications & Skills: Diploma or Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Interior Engineering Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in hotel, QSR, or standalone restaurant chains Strong knowledge of site supervision, vendor handling, and fit-out works Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings, BOQ review, and MEP coordination Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Willingness to travel and work in the field extensively Preferred Attributes: Past experience with a reputed hospitality chain or standalone restaurant brand Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Understanding of local municipal and fire safety compliances is a plus Salary & Benefits: Commensurate with experience and industry standards.
