Project Sales (Switchgear Only)

As a Sales Executive specializing in Switchgear and related electrical products, your role will be crucial in achieving assigned sales targets within a designated geographical area and customer segment. Your strong technical understanding of Switchgear products, coupled with excellent relationship-building skills, will be instrumental in engaging with builders, architects, and contractors to drive business growth through new and existing customer channels. Key Responsibilities: - Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently by focusing on the allocated territory and customer segments. Plan and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market demand. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Switchgear products such as Control Gear, Air Circuit Breakers (ACB), Residual Current Breakers (RCB), and Residual Current Circuit Breakers (RCCB). Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities. - Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders like builders, architects, and contractors. Understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions for maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Identify potential business opportunities within the assigned territory, expanding the customer base by engaging new clients while strengthening relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management. Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery. - Provide technical support and after-sales service to customers, addressing their concerns promptly to enhance long-term partnerships. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. - Proven track record of 4-9 years in sales of Switchgear or related electrical products. - Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
