Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and technically proficient Project Sales Engineer to lead

and manage industrial project salesin the lithium battery domain. The ideal candidate will

have a strong background in plant setups, automation/special purpose machines, and

experience managing high-value capital equipment sales. This role requires technical-

commercial expertise and the ability to drive customized project solutions from concept to

completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and Acquire Clients for turnkey lithium battery manufacturing and

automation projects by generating leads, pitching solutions, and closing deals.

• Develop and manage B2B project sales in battery assembly lines, cell testing,

automation, and robotics.

• Provide techno-commercial quotations with detailed P&L, ROI, and investment

justification.

• Coordinate with engineering, production, and installation teams to ensure project

execution.

• Represent SEMCO at exhibitions and client meetings to showcase products and

demo capabilities.

• Build strategic relationships with battery manufacturers, OEMs, and energy solution

providers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

• 5–10 years in industrial automation, capital equipment, lithium battery industry, Solar, Inverter and UPS.

• Solid understanding of plant setup, SPMs, robotics, and battery assembly lines

• Strong familiarity with Profit & Loss statements, project budgeting, and ROI analysis.

• Excellent communication, proposal writing, and project negotiation skills
