Description
A) Project Management: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of tasks. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Implement best practices in project management and product development. B) Product Management: Define and manage the product roadmap for a diverse portfolio of financial products, including Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Brokerage, and AIF. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends. Develop product strategies and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, legal, and compliance, to develop and launch products. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including product C) Software Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial software solutions, including Mutual Fund Software like Investwell and RedVision. Collaborate with software development teams to ensure software solutions meet product specifications and market demands. Manage software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Implement best practices in software development, including agile methodologies, to enhance productivity and quality. Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Monitor software performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement improvements as needed.
