Project & Planning Engineer

Scope of Work – Project Planner

ON-GOING ACTIVITIES/PROJECTS

(schedule & budget, i.e., time and cost)

Project Planning & Scheduling:

•Develop detailed project timelines, milestones, and schedules.

•Establish critical path method (CPM) schedules.

•Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to align on project goals.

•Finalization and periodical review of the detailed project schedule submitted by vendors.

•Coordinate with quantity surveyor to carry out their work as required.

Budgeting & Cost Management:

•Prepare the BOQ as per the architectural drawings and cost estimation.

•Prepare a comprehensive project budget.

•Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

•Manage and track costs against the budget throughout the project.

PROGRESS TRACKER & REPORTS

(Daily Reports – Labour & Material)

Monitoring Progress:

•Finalisation & Periodical review of detailed Project Schedule

•Finalisation & Periodical review of detailed Procurement Schedule

•Creation and implementation of periodical project review system

•Coordination with all stakeholders to ensure overall timeline is met as set in ‘Detailed Project Gantt Chart’.

Reporting & Documentation:

•Provide daily reports (labour and machinery) to Company and the project stakeholders.

•Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including change orders and site instructions.

Procurement & Inventory Management

•Planning and management of inventory of material and other items required for the various activities.

•Periodical review of the procurement schedule submitted by vendors to ensure integration of all trade works and meet the timelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

• Project planning: 5 years (Required)
• civil Project : 5 years (Required)
