Project Planning Engineer (Civil)

As a Sr. Planning Engineer/Planning Engineer at Pune, your role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. You will be responsible for tracking project progress, identifying potential delays or risks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely execution. Managing project documentation and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans - Track project progress and identify potential delays or risks - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project alignment and timely execution - Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to company standards - Analyze project data, identify trends, and recommend proactive solutions - Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status - Manage workload to ensure successful completion of multiple projects simultaneously - Adapt to changing project priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3-15 years of work experience in high-rise buildings (Contractor Firm) - Understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes - Experience with safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to manage and motivate junior team members (if applicable) If you are interested in this Full-time position, working days are Monday to Saturday from 09.00 am to 06.00 pm.
