Role & responsibilities

The role of Project Planning, Control, and Administration is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of AdaniConneXs data center projects. This position is responsible for driving efficient project planning, monitoring, and administration processes to meet the strategic goal of building a 1GW data center infrastructure platform by 2030. Leveraging advanced tools like Primavera and MS Projects, the role ensures alignment with global benchmarks in data center design, engineering, and operations, while adhering to Adani Groups commitment to speed, scale, and safety.

Preferred candidate profile

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules using Primavera or MS Projects, ensuring alignment with AdaniConneXs strategic objectives.
• Monitor project progress against established timelines, budgets, and quality standards, providing regular updates to the Chief Project Officer.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of planning and execution activities across multiple data center projects.
• Implement robust project control mechanisms to track performance metrics, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate resource allocation and optimization to ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints.
• Prepare detailed project reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the adoption of global best practices in project planning and execution, leveraging EdgeConneXs expertise in state-of-the-art data center operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project planning and control processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to align project schedules with supply chain and operational requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, reflecting Adani Groups commitment to operational excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven expertise in project planning and control, with 1020 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera and MS Projects, with a strong track record of managing complex project schedules.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate across diverse stakeholders.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration (preferred).
