Project Planner (Civil)

We are seeking Experienced Civil Construction Project Planning Engineer

Salary- 60k - 70k P.M

Experience- 5 years- 12 Years

Location - Bhowanipore and Behala

Key Responsibilities-

• Creating and updating detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, and deadlines, using project management software.
• Developing and managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Tracking project costs and ensuring they align with the approved budget.
• Monitoring project progress against established timelines, identifying potential delays or issues, and proposing corrective actions
• Coordinating the procurement of materials, equipment, and personnel needed for the project.
• Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, drawings, and permits.

Skills :

• Strong planning and organizational skill
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills:
• Technical knowledge of construction principles and practices:
• Budget management and cost control experience
• Proficiency in project management software
• Leadership and team management skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
