Project Planner (Civil)

As an Experienced Civil Construction Project Planning Engineer, your role will involve creating and updating detailed project plans, developing and managing project budgets, tracking project costs, monitoring project progress, coordinating procurement activities, and preparing project documentation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating and updating detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, and deadlines, using project management software. - Developing and managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. - Tracking project costs and ensuring they align with the approved budget. - Monitoring project progress against established timelines, identifying potential delays or issues, and proposing corrective actions. - Coordinating the procurement of materials, equipment, and personnel needed for the project. - Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including reports, drawings, and permits. Skills required for this role: - Strong planning and organizational skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Technical knowledge of construction principles and practices. - Budget management and cost control experience. - Proficiency in project management software. - Leadership and team management skills.
