A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that meet business objectives. This role involves coordinating teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the successful implementation of IT solutions such as software development, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business needs

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations

Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution

Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and budgets

Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Communicate project status to stakeholders through reports and presentations

Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and security protocols

Manage project documentation and maintain audit trails

Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and process improvements

should know filling and submitting RFP's by collaborating with others
