Job Title: Project Manager – Civil (Power Grid Projects) Location: Chapra, Bihar Experience Required: Minimum 10 years in civil works for substation, transmission line, and switchyard projects. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage civil engineering activities for power grid infrastructure projects located in Chapra, Bihar. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in overseeing the construction and execution of substations, transmission lines, switchyards, and other related civil infrastructure for power projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of civil works related to substations, transmission lines, and switchyards. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure alignment and progress. Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors on-site. Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and issue resolution. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil execution of power grid projects. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven track record of handling similar projects from start to completion. Willing to be based full-time at the project site in Chapra, Bihar.
