Project Manager/Business analyst

As a Project Manager / Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects and analyzing business needs. Your responsibilities will include: - **Project Management** - Leading end-to-end project delivery, from planning and execution to launch and post-release success. - Efficiently managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. - Conducting sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure progress and transparency. - Identifying project risks early and driving proactive mitigation. - Fostering collaboration and maintaining momentum across cross-functional teams. - **Business Analysis & Insights** - Partnering with clients and stakeholders to deeply understand their business needs and goals. - Eliciting, documenting, and validating detailed business and functional requirements. - Translating business objectives into actionable user stories and technical tasks. - Creating dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for both clients and internal stakeholders, turning data into decisions. - **Agile / Scrum Master Support** - Acting as a Scrum Master when needed, facilitating ceremonies, promoting Agile best practices, and ensuring sprint success. - Supporting teams in achieving high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. - **Stakeholder Communication** - Serving as the communication bridge between clients, developers, and leadership. - Providing clear updates through project reports, status trackers, and performance dashboards. - Managing expectations, building trust, and nurturing long-term client relationships through clarity and transparency. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field. - 4-8 years of experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst in a software development environment. - Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. - Strong understanding of SDLC, web, and mobile app development processes. - Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Trello, Confluence, or Asana. - Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and communication skills. - Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) is a plus.,
