Job Summary: The Business Development Head (YEF Head) will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the growth of YEF. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue and expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promoting Young Entrepreneurs Foundation (YEF) such as the entrepreneurship Boot camp, Entrepreneurship Mindset Curriculum (EMC) and case Competition etc.
• Responsible for revenue generation.
• Traveling is mandatory on Pan India level and globally for marketing purposes, client/ schools meetings and project related activities to enhance project outcomes and business development.
• As a project manager, you are responsible for teachers training, student training and sales team training.
• You are required to promote Rachna Sagar Pvt Ltd (RSPL) and Forever Books Pvt Ltd. (FBPL) products.
• You have to design the catalogue and brochure.
• Coordination with the sales team, mentors, advisor and other relevant individuals/ team members via whatsapp and emails for smooth execution of the project.
• Visit to school on a daily basis in Delhi as well as outside Delhi.
• You have to generate business leads by convincing schools, teachers and other relevant individuals for business development.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain documentation work related to the work assigned.
