Job Description

Lead and manage interior finishing and MEP works for high-end building projects.
Ensure quality execution of interior finishing, including joinery, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and luxury detailing.
Oversee installation and coordination of MEP services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project delivery.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/coordination issues effectively.
Prepare and review project progress reports, schedules, and resource allocation.
Manage teams on-site and ensure timely completion of deliverables for hospitality or healthcare facilities.
