Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end migration from ECC6 to S4 Hana project from planning to go-live, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Lead cross-functional teams through project phases, including assessment, design, build, test, and rollout. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs. Desired Candidate Profile 20-30 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in SAP migration (ECC to S/4HANA). Strong understanding of brownfield implementations and process migrations. Proven track record in managing large-scale projects from start to finish with minimal errors or defects. Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality standards.
