Project Manager

Launch Planning & Execution : -

• Develop, coordinate, and drive the end-to-end launch plan for India, including timelines, milestones, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
• Conduct and synthesise market insights on customer needs, pricing implications, and Indias wealthtech landscape to support decision-making.
• Ensure all operational, regulatory, and technical requirements for launch are identified, tracked, and completed.

Cross-Functional Coordination : -

• Serve as the central point of contact across global Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Marketing, and Shariah teams.
• Manage localisation of onboarding flows, advisory workflows, app readiness, and backend integrations in collaboration with the Product team.
• Coordinate with external partners such as SEBI-registered broker-dealers, KYC/AML providers, and payment channels.

Regulatory & Compliance Alignment : -

• Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure all processes and workflows adhere to SEBI IA regulations, KYC/AML standards, advisory suitability requirements, and ethical investment guidelines.
• Support creation and validation of audit trails, disclosures, and advisory workflows needed for regulatory readiness.

Advisory Workflow & Technical Readiness : -

• Support the Product and Engineering teams by ensuring India-specific requirements risk profiling, advisory logic inputs, portfolio screening, and order execution pathsare clearly documented and delivered.
• Monitor integration progress with broker APIs, analytics tools, and operational systems.

Go-to-Market & Launch Readiness: -

• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to prepare training materials, FAQs, customer-support processes, and performance dashboards.
• Support the pricing, communication, and rollout plans to ensure a successful launch.
• Track early performance metrics post-launch and coordinate rapid issue resolution across teams.
