Role Description

A Project Manager in our agency is the person who makes sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. They coordinate between clients, editors, designers, and the internal team to ensure the final video is delivered on time, within budget, and exactly how the client wants.

What You Will Do:

Talk to clients to understand their needs and project goals.
Create clear project plans, timelines, and task lists.
Assign tasks to video editors, designers, writers, and other team members.
Make sure everyone is following the plan and deadlines.
Keep track of project progress and solve any issues that come up.
Communicate updates to clients regularly in a friendly and professional way.
Check the quality of the work before sending it to the client.
Manage multiple projects at the same time without missing details.
Help improve processes so future projects become easier and faster.

Skills Needed

Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
Good at planning and organizing work.
Basic understanding of video production and editing workflow.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Problem-solving attitude.
Team management skills.
Video editing/ Social Media Management/ Digital Marketing experience is a plus.

Salary:

Rs.15,000 - 25,000
