Project Manager

Job Summary:

Lead and manage end-to-end MEP design projects using CAD/BIM technologies while ensuring adherence to international standards, effective collaboration, technical excellence, and timely project delivery. Responsible for supervising teams, training, and maintaining high-quality output across global MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of CAD/BIM-based MEP design projects.
• Guide teams in implementing CAD and BIM workflows, including point cloud integration.
• Ensure project execution aligns with UK, European, and Australian MEP standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Oversee the development and quality control of Revit Families and 3D models.
• Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Conduct team training sessions to upskill staff on AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM360.
• Maintain client communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Participate in audits and ensure all outputs meet internal and client quality benchmarks.
