Job Description

Job Summary:

Lead and manage end-to-end MEP design projects using CAD/BIM technologies while ensuring adherence to international standards, effective collaboration, technical excellence, and timely project delivery. Responsible for supervising teams, training, and maintaining high-quality output across global MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of CAD/BIM-based MEP design projects.
Guide teams in implementing CAD and BIM workflows, including point cloud integration.
Ensure project execution aligns with UK, European, and Australian MEP standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet project goals and deadlines.
Oversee the development and quality control of Revit Families and 3D models.
Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and progress tracking.
Conduct team training sessions to upskill staff on AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM360.
Maintain client communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Participate in audits and ensure all outputs meet internal and client quality benchmarks.
