Key Responsibilities:

• Track, allocate and manage design and creative projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure timelines, deliverables, and budgets are adhered to across all projects.
• Prepare estimates and cost proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
• Collaborate with designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and project updates.
• Maintain and update project documentation and reports.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency.
• Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 2 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a design or creative environment.
• Strong understanding of design processes and operations.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Click Up, and other PM tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and stakeholders.

Good to Have:

• Experience in design agencies or creative teams.
• Knowledge of design terminology and workflows.
