Job Description

HCM Fusion Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HCM Fusion implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Utilize strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS platform to provide effective solutions.
  • Oversee data loading activities using HDL (HCM Data Loader), Spreadsheet Data Loader, and other tools.
  • Perform hands-on development and configuration of Fusion HCM business objects and flexfields.
  • Execute mass updates and manage Fusion Personalizations across modules.
  • Provide expert support on Core HR, Workforce Deployment, and Development modules.
  • Drive data conversions, inbound/outbound interfaces, and reporting using BIP and RDF templates.
  • Write and review complex Fast Formulas tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop comprehensive as-is/to-be and technical specification documents.
  • Analyze, design, and develop robust integration and conversion strategies.
  • Provide day-to-day support for ongoing system maintenance, issue resolution, and optimization.
  • Manage a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment across technical and functional domains.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Previous consulting or client-facing experience
