Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Site Engineer – Civil to take ownership of project sites and ensure timely and quality-driven execution of residential and commercial construction projects in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have a strong background working with reputed builders on high-end flats, independent houses, and commercial buildings. Key Responsibilities Site Ownership & Execution Take complete responsibility for the project site execution. Ensure all works progress as per the schedule, drawings, and quality standards. Drive 100% completion of site work on or before the committed target dates. Scheduling, Planning & Coordination Prepare detailed work schedules for ongoing and upcoming tasks. Plan for parallel task execution to maintain quality and speed. Coordinate with senior management and other departments to avoid delays. Share clear, written schedules with vendors and subcontractors and maintain documented records. Material & Resource Management Ensure the availability and efficient use of materials, tools, and resources at the site. Monitor inventory and resource usage to ensure alignment with the work schedule. Vendor, Labour & Consultant Management Source and onboard reliable vendors, subcontractors, and labor based on experience and cost-effectiveness. Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with quality, schedule, and safety requirements. Key Requirements Project Experience: Resume must include details of past projects (Project Name, Type, Size, etc.). Job Stability: Preference will be given to candidates with stable job history. Domain Experience: Must have experience with reputed builders in high-end flats, villas, and commercial buildings. (Note: Exclusive infra experience is not suitable) Finishing Works: Experience in interior finishing (tiling, flooring, marble, painting) is an added advantage. Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for commuting between sites. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, standards, and quality control. Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and AutoCAD.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
