Strong experience in Project/Program Management in IT/Telecom.
Excellent communication, leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
Hands-on with Agile, Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
Experience in working with cross-functional, distributed teams.
Familiarity with AI/Automation in project delivery (nice-to-have).
Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery from planning to closure.
Drive stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives
Manage budget & distributed teams to ensure tasks don't slip through the cracks.
Proactively identify risks and mitigate them before they impact delivery.
Maintain strong customer/stakeholder communication.
Ensure accountability, transparency, and quality at every stage.
