Project Manager - Supply Chain

As a Project Manager - Quality, your role involves managing, developing, and implementing projects of varying complexity and size in the assigned functional area. You will partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Key Responsibilities: - Lead multiple projects from inception to completion by facilitating project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine scope and objectives. - Work with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals, design project plans, develop timelines, identify project milestones, and track performance against goals and timeline. - Identify, track, and collaborate with others to resolve project issues. - Monitor and communicate project status and timelines to the project team. - Manage project risk by using quality tools to identify areas of risk and work with the team to identify solutions. - Maintain project notes, databases, and other records; monitor, measure, and communicate with Project Sponsor and stakeholders on project status. - Identify and assign appropriate resources for project tasks; guide and coach team members through project stages, providing developmental feedback. Qualifications Required: - College, university, or equivalent degree is required. - Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, is required. - Strong knowledge of international trade compliance regulations and enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms. - In-depth knowledge of BIS regulations, Export administration regulations, and global trade compliance laws. - Minimum 10+ years of experience is required. Additionally, you may need to implement or optimize systems supporting trade compliance, monitor and interpret changes in global trade regulations, and ensure consistent compliance with customs and sanctions laws in applicable jurisdictions.,
