Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Stiffen Technologies, you will play a crucial role in coordinating project activities to ensure the smooth functioning of the entire project team. You will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to facilitate the tracking, gathering, and dissemination of essential information to team members, enabling them to perform their tasks efficiently. Your responsibilities will include organizing meetings, scheduling discussions between team members and key stakeholders, documenting meeting minutes, maintaining detailed project notes and records, developing project schedules, monitoring project progress and budget, managing incoming paperwork, and keeping all team members updated with relevant information. Effective communication with team members will be essential to devise optimal strategies and enhance operational efficiency within the project team. In addition, you will support the department in handling requests for new projects and changes related to project scopes, costs, schedules, and quality. Your role will involve ensuring that Project Managers are promptly informed of any changes so that appropriate actions can be taken in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you should ideally possess a university or college degree in Computer Science or Business Administration. Formal training in project management will be advantageous, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in project-related activities. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential, as well as familiarity with project management software. Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this position.,
