Project Manager (Sr. Manager / Associate VP) – Legal Services
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 5+ years in Project Management (Legal Industry)
Domain Expertise: CIR (Commercial Insurance Recoveries) & DR (Dispute Resolution)

We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Project Manager to join our fast-paced, client-facing legal services team! If you're ready to lead high-impact projects and manage top-tier clients, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage 5–7 projects or 3–4 major clients
• Own client communication, reporting, and relationship management
• Design and execute project workflows and internal training initiatives
• Drive quality control, performance, and team productivity
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges
• Partner with leadership to elevate delivery strategies and client success

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of legal project management experience
• Hands-on expertise in CIR and DR projects (mandatory)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proven experience in workflow creation, QA, and performance monitoring
