Project Manager (Solar)

As a Project Manager in this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple projects, overseeing a team of 2-3 individuals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing a team of 2-3 individuals. - Overseeing day-to-day operations of one or more projects. - Researching strategic growth opportunities and partnerships. - Communicating regularly with partners and clients. - Monitoring project KPIs and daily revenue. - Executing innovative marketing strategies and product launches. - Reviewing deliverables prepared by the team before passing them to customers. - Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. - Managing blogs, Facebook profiles, fan pages, and Twitter accounts. To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications: - Spend hours each day surfing the web to learn new skills and strategies. - Possess social media knowledge. - Have tech and WordPress skills. - Strong organizational skills. - Strong communication and management abilities. - Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks. - Be organized and able to closely follow structures, standards, and processes. - Analytical and numbers-driven mindset. - An interest in business, sales, and marketing. - Passion for marketing or the internet, with an interest in entrepreneurship being an added advantage. - Proficiency in English speaking and writing. - Strong people skills. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. You should be willing to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
