Job Description: Project Manager (Software Development) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to define, document, and manage software development projects using Agile methodology. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards, and aligning with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Develop detailed project plans and maintain documentation. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). Monitor project progress and resolve issues or risks. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met. Qualifications: Proven experience managing software projects using Agile methodology. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity with project management tools
