JOB SUMMARY Software Developers at INDICONNECT are the backbone of our strategic initiatives to design, code, test, and provide industry-leading solutions that highly specific to Fintech Industry. Being a Developer at Indiconnect will enable you to learn latest technologies from not only technical standpoint but also from security and regulatory aspect of product development. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Be involved and participate in the overall application lifecycle. Excellent problem-solving skills. Focus on coding and debugging. Collaborate with Front-end developers. Define and communicate technical and design requirements. Provide training, help and support to other team members. Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in thew future. Develop functional and sustainable web applications with clean codes. Troubleshoot and debug applications. Learn about new technologies. Stay up to date with current best practices. Conduct UI tests and optimize performance. Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve applications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of designers, developers and system administrators. Participate in conferences and educational programs. Follow new and emerging technologies. SKILL REQUIREMENTS 3 + years work experience in NodeJS Exposure in Python Frameworks Express/ Django / Fast API GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS 3+ years’ work experience in MySQL / PostgreSQL & Mongo DB 3+ years’ work experience in AWS 3+ years’ work experience in GIT 3+ years’ work experience in Docker Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic presence. Preferred Background Banking Domain / FinTech Domain
