Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager with at least 3+ years of experience in managing multiple software project deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess strong project and team management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. Candidates with an academic background in Mechanical, Civil, Production, Computer Science, or IT Engineering are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the successful delivery of multiple software projects.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Track and report progress, risks, and issues to leadership, providing mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance across all project phases.
Manage project scope, handle change requests, and resolve project escalations effectively.
Support business development by preparing proposals, effort estimates, and planning inputs.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Civil, Production, CS, or IT) or a related technical field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing software or technology project deliveries.
Solid understanding of software development life cycles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Prior exposure to CAD/BIM/Engineering software projects preferred.
Experience working with AI technologies in project environments is an advantage.
Willingness to work from on-site or client locations when required.
