Job Description

Role Overview:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end management of interior projects from design coordination to final execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate between clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues related to design, procurement, or site execution.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality control, safety compliance, and timely progress.
Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
Negotiate with vendors and contractors for cost-effective solutions and timely deliveries.
Ensure all materials, finishes, and installations meet company and client standards.
Manage documentation including BOQs, drawings, contracts, and project reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
5–10 years of experience in managing interior fit-out or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD preferred).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
