Position: Project Manager

Education: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/PhD (Mechanical or related discipline)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Heavy Steel Structure Fabrication, and Site Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for heavy steel and sheet metal fabrication projects.
• Oversee on-site fabrication and assembly activities ensuring compliance with IS standards.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for fabrication drawing interpretation and execution.
• Handle procurement, shipping consignments, and vendor coordination for turnkey projects (Govt./Private).
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards across project sites.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

• Strong knowledge of SOLIDWORKS 3D or similar design software.
• Hands-on experience with IS standards, steel fabrication tolerances, and welding techniques (TIG, MIG, Friction, Argon, Spot).
• Understanding of material grades, rates, and QA procedures.
• Prior experience in large-scale structures (e.g., dams, hydro/mechanical installations).
• Proven record of executing 3+ turnkey projects.
• Familiarity with renewable energy or dynamic infrastructure sectors.
• Experience with national and international consignment shipping.

Job Location: Within India or Outside the India as per the project requirement
