Job Description

Project Management & DeliveryLead and manage full lifecycle Salesforce Service Cloud implementation projects from initiation through deployment and post-go-live support
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports
Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile environment)
Stakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, clients, and technical teams
Manage client expectations, communications, and escalations professionally
Conduct requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs
Solution & Technical OversightWork closely with Solution Architects, consultants, and developers to ensure alignment with best practices
Understand and review Salesforce Service Cloud features including:
Case Management
Omni-Channel Routing
Knowledge Base
CTI Integration
Service Console
Service Process Automation (Flows)
Ensure design adherence, solution integrity, and impact assessment for change requests
Governance & Documentation
Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, status reports, project plans, and design sign-offs
Drive UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
Ensure compliance with PMO processes and organizational standards
