Job Title: Project Manager High-Rise Residential Location: Baner Pune Experience: 8 years+ Industry: Real Estate / Construction Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage high-rise residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, site execution, quality control, and contractor coordination . The role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Oversee and manage the execution of high-rise residential projects from foundation to completion. Site Management: Monitor site progress, ensure adherence to project timelines, and coordinate with site engineers and supervisors. Quality Control: Ensure construction work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and approved drawings. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Work closely with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely material availability. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, including safety norms and environmental guidelines. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project reports, update stakeholders on progress, and document all site activities. Good sense of planning and tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 8 to 12 years of experience in project management for high-rise residential buildings G+18/20 floors. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project scheduling, and material management . Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools . Experience in handling contractors, vendors, and labour management . Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction . Experience with Developer EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction ) firm. Preferred: PMP or equivalent certification. Experience with RERA compliance and municipal approvals .
