About the Role

IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution for multiple parallel engagements (13 simultaneously).
  • Provide oversight on cross-functional teams (10+ resources), including employees and contractors.
  • Act as a primary interface for clientsconduct kick-off meetings, design & requirements reviews, cadence and status updates.
  • Deliver on projects in

    implementation, support, development, and managed services

    models.
  • Ensure project alignment with scope, time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Drive schedule adherence, manage risks, and handle change requests.
  • Establish and enforce delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure consistent communication and delivery quality.
  • Report key project metrics and financial health to senior leadership.
  • Foster long-term client relationships by delivering value and demonstrating ownership.
  • Contribute to account growth through proactive identification of upsell or expansion opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 810 years of experience in

    IT Project Management

    with demonstrated success in managing

    ERP, CRM, RPA

    , and

    Custom Development (Web/Mobile)

    projects.
  • Minimum of

    5 years in a formal PM role

    , managing concurrent client-facing engagements.
  • Proven ability to lead large teams, including cross-functional, distributed, and vendor-managed teams.
  • Strong familiarity with

    Agile, Waterfall

    , and

    hybrid delivery models

    .
  • Solid understanding of project financialseffort tracking, budget management, and cost optimization.
  • Excellent client interaction and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification

    is mandatory.

  • Prior experience working with

    global clients

    and

    onsite-offshore delivery models

  • Exposure to
