Job Description

Role Overview: As a seasoned Senior Project Sales Manager in IT consulting and digital transformation, your main responsibility will be to lead end-to-end sales for projects targeting enterprise customers. You should have a strong exposure to enterprise product ecosystems like Salesforce, Oracle, and SAP, and experience in selling professional, implementation, or managed services across various geographic markets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end sales for digital transformation and IT consulting projects targeting enterprise customers. - Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for services related to Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and other enterprise platforms. - Explore and manage sales pipelines across diverse geographic markets, tailoring pitches to regional business cultures and needs. - Build lasting relationships with C-level leaders, technology heads, procurement teams, and key decision-makers. - Deliver consultative selling by aligning client pain points with relevant service offerings. - Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop customized proposals, solution decks, and commercial models. - Maintain accurate forecasts, track sales KPIs, and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Represent the organization at industry events, partner ecosystems, and client meetings across markets. - Ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery teams post-closure. Qualification Required: - 4+ years of experience in IT services sales, enterprise solution sales, or digital transformation sales. - Proven success in selling services within the Salesforce, Oracle, and SAP ecosystem. - Demonstrated experience in selling into various geographic markets like India, Middle East, APAC, Europe, or North America. - Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, cloud platforms, and service delivery cycles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders. - Track record of independently managing long sales cycles and closing high-value deals. - Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.,
