We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Sales to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and oversee TMT/building materials sales projects across Kerala.
Responsibilities:
**• **Develop & execute sales strategies to meet targets
**• **Manage end-to-end sales cycle & client engagement
**• **Build strong relationships with contractors & channel partners
**• **Coordinate with logistics/finance for smooth delivery & billing
**• **Lead sales team & prepare performance reports
Requirements:
**• **5–6 years’ sales/project management experience (Building materials preferred)
**• **Proven track record in achieving sales targets
**• **Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills
**• **Proficiency in CRM & ERP systems
**• **Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus)
